3rd May 10.00-13.00
Wake up your body and clear the path for a new season. Join Annie for a morning dedicated to the art of letting go and un-doing. As we transition into Spring, this half day retreat is a curated journey to shed physical tension, hydrate your tissues and quiet the mind. Leaving you feeling spacious, light and deeply recalibrated.
The Journey:
Somatic Unwinding: We begin by moving the way the body wants to move- intuitive, fluid sequences to awaken the fascia and find your natural flow.
Breathwork: Using the breath as a bridge to release old holding patterns and bring fresh energy into every cell.
Myo fascial Release: Deep-tissue trigger point work using therapy balls to melt away stubborn knots and soften the physical armour we often carry.
Rest & Restore: A soft landing. We’ll use props to hold the body in total comfort, allowing for deep integration and a silent mind.
Nourish: A seasonal, wholesome snack and tea to ground your energy before you head back into the world.

Monthly Restorative Yoga Practice with Annie Neat
24th May 14.00-16.00
Restorative Yoga is designed to support us to settle into our parasympathetic nervous system (the rest and digest part of our nervous system). This not only helps us to relax and destress but also can support us with connection to ourselves and others.
So what is it?
We hold simple, yet familiar, yoga poses for extended period of times. These yoga poses are supported by loads of props so that your body can slowly release into the poses. We are gently opening up the fascia (connective tissue) in the body which can support our physical and emotional wellness. This workshop really is suitable for everybody! We can work with injuries, illnesses and vulnerabilities you may be managing.
With her training in somatic therapy and breathwork, Annie offers skilful touch and presence to help you meet true rest.

Monthly Sound bath with Janet Holt
28th May 19.45-20.45
The last Thursday of every month Janet hosts a soundbath for relaxation. We all need time to ourselves to deeply relax, time away from the chatter of the mind and for healing to begin.
Soundbaths work by entraining the brain, it latches onto the sounds and frequencies so that it slows down.
We go from a busy active brain to calm relaxed brain state. By slowing everything down it helps us to process the day and starts the healing process for our minds and bodies.
Janet plays the Himalayan and crystals singing bowls, gong and ends with therapeutic percussion to welcome you back into the space.

Facilitated by Lindsey Beveridge: I have been running online and in-person workshops and retreats on gut health, mental health, addiction recovery and the menopause transition since 2019.
My personal history of overcoming an alcohol addiction, a nicotine addiction and binge-eating led me to have a special interest in working with people who struggle with anxiety, low mood, and / or addictions to alcohol or other damaging substances or behaviours.
Since qualifying as a naturopathic nutritionist in 2019, and later as a transformational coach, I have helped 1000s of people shift damaging patterns of behaviour. I’ve helped them implement positive changes to their diet and lifestyle so they can feel better. I trained as a Kundalini yoga and breathwork teacher because movement and breath are fundamental to healing and it has played a foundational role in my addiction recovery process.
